Cancellation:

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: booking@hanoisagahotel.com otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

Customer must notify Hanoi Nostalgia Hotel & Spa if you plan change before 3 days you check in.
Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.

Condition

+3 days prior to check-in No cancellation fee

=3days (or less) prior to check-in 50% of total room price will apply for handling and banking fees.

< 3 days (or less) prior to check-in One night penalty charged

No Show :

If a booking is cancelled within the day of arrival or In case of No show or shortening stay, no refund will be made
(Considered as cancellation without requiring notice in advance)

Amendment:

Amendments are negotiable via our email: booking@hanoisagahotel.com

Refund:

The refund will be made through your credit card minus 6.6% due to bank service fee. Additionally, although we will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, depending on your bank's procedures, the actual crediting could take up to 12-15 days.
